These Terms of Service ("ToS") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and ProxyPool, regarding your use of our proxy service and other offerings (collectively, the "Services"). 6. Termination
ProxyPool, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Services will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account.
7. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that ProxyPool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ProxyPool, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of ProxyPool's headquarters, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
ProxyPool reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your use of the Services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the modified Terms.
